Sustainability

Sustainability is the ability to meet present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs. There are 3 pillars of sustainability: Economic, Social, Environmental. These three pillars are informally referred to as people, planet and profits. The three pillars of sustainability are a powerful tool for defining the complete sustainability problem. If one pillar is weak then the system as a whole is unsustainable. Overall, Peltice does not have a balance between the three pillars of sustainability. It is bearable meaning that the social and environmental aspects were taking into consideration more than the economic aspect. Through more experimenting, it can achieve a better balance.
